How it Works
- Entries must be submitted via the form, which you can access by clicking the button on this page, every week by 11:59 pm mountain time Sunday night for the prior week. You cannot submit for past weeks later.
- All submissions will be verified, and you may be reached out to for more details.
- Each person on the winning team must be present at Top Gun, and qualify as an individual to participate in the team award.
Individual Qualifications:
- Each person on the winning team must complete 20 qualified appointments within the contest timeframe to be able to participate in the team prize.
- Anyone who hires on with less than 30 days left in the contest, on the winning team, can complete a Smart Start before Top Gun to qualify for the team prize.
How to Earn Points
- 10k submitted points = 1 point
- Running team total*
- 10 new appointments = 1 point
- MUST be recorded in Copper
- Running team total*
- Every person who qualifies for Elite Force = 1 point
- One point for every week someone qualifies
- Each registration for Top Gun = 1 point
- Every personal new recruit = 1 point
- Every Fast Started recruit = 1 point
- Team Training Attendance:
- 25 people attend = 1 point
- 35 people attend = 2 points
- 45 people attend = 3 points
- etc.
*The running team totals will be kept going for the duration of the contest. (i.e. if one teammate submits 7,000 points in week one and another submits 3,000 in week two, the point total will be added together to reach 10,000 submitted points, and the team will earn 1 point towards their Marchetti Madness total.)
Due to needing to verify certain parts of submissions before adding the points to the leaders board, there will not be live updates. It will update a minimum of once every 24hrs, except on Sundays. We will do our best to update it as frequently as possible. Thank you for you patience, and enjoy the competition!
